Six easy choices

Start with the outcome
you need.

Pick one priority. The guide connects it to an education advisory workstream and the local questions that must be resolved.

Where will the provision operate?

Select the operating location. Cross-border learner or partner locations can be added in the programme context.

Locate your institution.
What is the main goal?

You can discuss connected needs later. One primary goal keeps the first engagement useful and measurable.

What is your starting point?
Which support would help?
Define a useful outcome.

No learner names, personal records or confidential assessment data are needed here.

Same goal.
Different local route.

Permission to operate, academic recognition and quality improvement are distinct. The guide identifies checkpoints; the competent authority decides approval and recognition.

Requirement routes reviewed 4 October 2026. This guide does not claim to contain every rule for every state, programme or profession. The selected local authority, framework and current programme conditions are confirmed during scope review.

Six workstreams.
A defined piece of progress.

These are advisory scopes within the Education & Academic Advisory practice—not accredited degree programmes or guaranteed approval services.

01

Academic quality & QA systems

Turn a named inspection, affiliation or accreditation requirement into evidence, ownership and a practical gap plan.

See a focused starting scope

Choose one review framework and one provision area. Confirm applicability before building a requirement-to-evidence matrix.

Bring: Named framework or review notice · Existing policies and records · Previous findings, if available

02

Outcomes & assessment

Connect intended learning, assessment and feedback to an observable improvement cycle.

See a focused starting scope

Pilot one subject, module or course. Agree the indicator, evidence source, baseline and review interval with academic owners.

Bring: Curriculum or programme outcomes · Assessment samples without learner identifiers · Current baseline indicator

03

Institutional effectiveness

Give leadership a usable view of responsibilities, service quality and follow-through.

See a focused starting scope

Select three meaningful indicators rather than a large dashboard. Define who measures, decides and closes actions.

Bring: Current improvement priorities · Existing reports · Responsibility structure

04

Education policy & implementation

Translate a proposed programme or institutional policy into a clear route, responsibilities and controlled rollout.

See a focused starting scope

Write a one-page scope: who the learners are, what is being offered, where, by whom and what approval decisions are required.

Bring: Proposed provision or policy · Intended learners and delivery mode · Existing permissions or award arrangements

05

AI & digital readiness

Define educational value, human review and data controls before scaling a tool or learning platform.

See a focused starting scope

Start with one low-complexity use case and anonymised/sample data. Define who reviews every consequential output and when the pilot stops.

Bring: One proposed use case · Tool/provider and data categories · Current workflow and academic owner

06

Faculty & institutional development

Connect professional development to changes in teaching, assessment or institutional practice.

See a focused starting scope

Choose one capability gap and a follow-up observation method. Design the development activity around evidence of application.

Bring: Role/skill needs · Current professional-development activities · An agreed practice to improve

Define success
before expanding scope.

A useful first engagement has a bounded unit of work and an agreed review point. It does not promise to solve the whole institution at once.

  1. ScopeOne institution, programme, subject or use case.
  2. BaselineWhat is happening now, and which evidence shows it?
  3. TargetWhat would useful progress look like to the academic owner?
  4. ReviewWho checks the result, when, and what happens next?

Targets, delivery time and fees are agreed after reviewing the actual requirement and available evidence. Institutions retain academic authority; regulators and accreditors retain independent decisions.

Quality standards
have a separate role.

ISO 21001 concerns educational-organisation management. It does not replace a school permit, university recognition, programme accreditation or academic approval. Use it when the institution’s goal genuinely concerns a management system.

Before you start.

Can this guide confirm that our institution is compliant?

No. It helps identify the route and build an advisory brief. Compliance or approval requires the actual requirements, provision and operating evidence to be examined by the relevant parties.

Can we work on one small improvement?

Yes. A single subject assessment map, one review evidence file, a faculty capability gap or one digital pilot can be a useful starting scope.

What if our course spans more than one country?

Choose the operating country and list other learner or partner locations in the context. Each relevant jurisdiction and award arrangement needs its own applicability check.

Will Pradeep award accreditation or educational qualifications?

No. The scope is advisory. Authorised institutions, regulators, awarding bodies and independent accreditors retain their respective decisions.
